Classes:

Full Body Reform:

Our signature 50 minute core building, ass-shaking, low impact reformer workout. This all levels class hits all the right spots. Along with our move-your-body playlists, our instructors cue specific movements that facilitate connection between the brain and body to put you in the zone, while challenging your balance, coordination and control.

Cardio Jump:

This high intensity / low impact reformer class uses a pilates jumpboard to add cardio to our full body reformer class. You'll get your heart rate up while still getting a full body arm/ab toning + butt sculpting workout.

SLOW BURN:

Same machine, new game- How slow can you go? This class is timer-based and shakes up your typical reformer format. By slowing yourself down and focusing on form, we challenge you to a new mind/body connection and deeper muscular work.

Resist + Reform:

Our Full Body Reformer format meets overhead resistance bands in a class that when combined creates new angles of body and balance work.
