• If you have any injuries or are pregnant, please let the studio and your instructor know prior to class.

• Dial 010 on the call box when you arrive to be buzzed into the building.

• Grip socks are mandatory for class. If you don't own a pair, we sell them in studio.

• For safety and security, late arrivals will not be permitted. We kindly request that you not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.

• We have a 12 hour cancelation policy - if you cancel within the 12 hour window, late-cancel fees/loss of class will apply.

Yes! We currently offer first-time clients:

• One week unlimited — $49

• First Month Unlimited Membership— $249

Cancelation Policy applies to all purchases and bookings.

If you cancel your group class within 12 hours before the class time, you will lose the class from your package or be charged $25 on the unlimited pass. For private sessions, the cancellation window is 24 hours.

​​We ask that you let us know before class if:

• You have any injuries or other physical restrictions. (Yes even a little pain in your hip/ankle/etc.)

• You are pregnant! Please call us before you book class. There are limitations to pregnancy with Pilates and group class isn’t the best place to start for most pregnant people.

• You’ve never done pilates before. No problem! In this case, please join us 10 minutes before class so we can walk you through our equipment and review some basic movements together.

You know your body best, so take ownership of your exercise. If something feels weird, let us know and we’ll help you get there or provide modifications. Just because you’re in a group class doesn’t mean you should ignore what your body is telling you! If you’re not certain whether group class is appropriate, shoot us an email and we’ll happily guide you.

If you are driving, the neighborhood and area surrounding the studio offers both free and metered parking.

Page One Pilates loves the West Loop (check out @thewestloopisthebestloop!) - if you’re looking to get brunch, coffee, shop, etc. in our hood after class, we’ll happily share some recommendations.

If you are on a waitlist, you automatically will be added into class if a spot becomes available up to 90 minutes before class. After that, we will text you if a spot opens up. We ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you're longer able to make the class.
