- WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your class time, but please note that for safety and security late arrivals will not be permitted.
  • Dial 010 on the call box when you arrive to be buzzed in to the building.
  • Grip socks are mandatory for class. If you don't own a pair, we sell them in studio.
  • If you have any injuries or are pregnant, please let the studio and your instructor know prior to class.
  • Note that our studio cancelation policy is 12 hours before your scheduled class. Late-cancel fees/loss of class will apply.

- DO YOU OFFER FIRST CLIENT SPECIALS?

Yes! We currently offer first-time clients:

  • First Class $25
  • Intro 3 Pack $85
  • First Month Unlimited $215

Please note that all first-time specials have a 30 day expiration date. Cancelation Policy applies to all purchases and bookings.

- WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

The studio cancelation policy is 12 hours before group classes and 24 hours before private bookings. Late cancel fees/loss of class will apply.

- AM I READY FOR GROUP CLASS?

We ask that you let us know before class if:

  • You have any injuries or other physical restrictions. (Yes even a little pain in your hip/ankle/etc.)
  • You are pregnant! Please call us before you book class. There are limitations to pregnancy with Pilates and group class isn’t the best place to start for most women.
  • You’ve never done pilates before. No problem! In this case, please join us 10 minutes before class so we can walk you through our equipment and review some basic movements together.

You know your body best, so take ownership of your exercise. If something feels weird, let us know and we’ll help you get there or provide modifications. Just because you’re in a group class doesn’t mean you should ignore what your body is telling you! If you’re not certain whether group class is appropriate, shoot us an email and we’ll happily guide you.

- WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Our studio calls 213 North Morgan Street home, between Lake and Fulton.

Trains

The Green and Pink lines stop at Morgan & Lake street, just a half block away from the studio!

Neighborhood

If you are driving, the neighborhood and area surrounding the studio offers both free and metered parking.

Page One Pilates loves the West Loop (check out @thewestloopisthebestloop!) - if you’re looking to get brunch, coffee, shop, etc. in our hood after class, we’ll happily share some recommendations

- HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

We like to say, the waitlist works! Here's some things to know:

In the case of a waitlist, you automatically will be added into class if a spot becomes available up until 90 minutes before class. After that, we will text you if a spot opens up. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you're longer able to make the class.
